Team Make up
Chizuru with Chirijiraden on Ifrit (523 ATK)
Emperor with Omnirod+Wizard Rod on Ramuh (675 MAG)
CoD with DH Thorned Mace + Man-eater on Diabolos (486 ATK)
Cupid Artemios with Killer Bow on Odin (and Cura equipped)
Ling with Survival Edges and Ring of Lucii on Golem (and a lot of HP+)
and a friend Chizuru for the Elemental Chain
The strategy basically comes down to these few steps, which aren't exactly that easy to come by but not as hard as pulling 3 5★ bases and farming a ton of TMRs. (You do need Emperor, though). You simply try to survive long enough until your Emperor is ready, and since you aren't breaking any thresholds, it shouldn't be too difficult. Gilgamesh will at most do 1 AoE per turn, coupled with Tsubame Gaeshi (sp?) and eventually Excalipher. Not that big of a deal if RNGesus isn't fucking with you.
Preparation Turns
Emperor Fire From Below on your Chizuru
Ling Breaks, but possibly just once as you might need her on the following turns doing Mirage, Chakra or whatever to survive (she can't support as she can't equip Healing Spells, a bummer) I forgot to skill up my Carbuncle. She actually gets Cura, so use that when you need to.
CoD Protectga and Mirages himself
Chizurus Hayate themselves (no pun intended)
Artemios Mirages himself and Cura whenever Emperor gets hit with AoE.
From Counters alone you should be able to get Ling's LB, which is essential for this (-50% Fire Resistance). One thing that might be an issue is how often Artemios covers, since you're with an almost exclusively female team (only Emperor isn't). He will probably die often, but your Ling can take care of that.
Once you're up to turn 8, things change:
Artemios Amp's UP Emperor (80% MAG boost)
Ling LBs
and on turn 9, if you can, another AMP up on CoD.
Turn 10
That's where you test your chaining abilities. I did some preparation runs on Earth Shrine to get the timing, but it isn't that difficult to pull off. It goes:
Sunbloom Bolt -> Call of the Void -> Fire from Below -> Phantom Shadow -> Phantom Shadow
Ling can do whatever (even Alterna if you feel like it, won't do much). You can actually LB on this turn instead but I usually don't like randomly messing up Elemental Chains, so I just do it beforehand.
