This also means weakening some tattoos that were previously much stronger than originally intended. While some of these changes may seem drastic, they were necessary to balance them with other tattoos. To compensate for this, we will send each player who was affected by a tattoo nerf (owning either Piercing Gaze, Flying High or Arcane Wisdom at upgrade level 6 or higher) one item set per tattoo which will allow them to freely switch to a different one of their choosing once. We will also allow players to try out different tattoos more frequently with this update.
